The Montclair school complex, which has been abandoned for years, will soon be repurposed into a daycare center exclusively for the employees of a major logistics and transport company. The project includes covering the school with photovoltaic panels, reorganizing the outdoor spaces, and integrating charging stations for electric vehicles.
The design divides the solar panels on the roof into 4 tiers with varying heights to minimize the visual impact. This approach allows for a more harmonious and integrated look with the surroundings. Additionally, the materials planned for the canopies will match those used in the school building, creating a cohesive and complementary aesthetic.
