E-FLOWER ST RESIDENTIAL CONDO CONCEPT PHOENIX, ARIZONA USA

The project is situated near the center of Phoenix, an area that is experiencing growth and an increase in population density due to a high demand for residences.

The project results from the merger of four adjoining lots that formed a consortium to optimize the building area. This collaboration has led to the creation of two residential blocks, each with four floors. A shared base accommodates the parking area while maintaining separate entrances for each block.

Despite the small size and narrow shape of the lots, it was possible to arrange four blocks in a two-by-two configuration. A minimal space in the center was designated for community areas, amenities, and a small green terrace featuring a loop pool.

A modular facade standardizes components and utilizes a uniform geometric grid, optimizing spaces, creating pleasant shade, and reducing construction costs. The result is a timeless, welcoming, and well-contextualized image.
