Located in a privileged and strategic position in Auckland’s Bay, the project for the city’s first luxury residential skyscraper is both ambitious and impressive. The development features a seven-star hotel, apartments, and ultra-exclusive sky villas located at the top of the tower. Additionally, the podium offers exclusive services, shops, and restaurants for residents, and it will also host Auckland’s casino. The clean and straightforward design reinterprets the traditional Maori tribal symbolism, drawing inspiration from the world of fishing and the ocean. The tower symbolises the hook, while the podium symbolises the basket. Both fishing symbols hold great significance in local Maori culture and tradition.
