Land Area: 7.75ha
Angle Vale, a small suburb to the north of Adelaide, lacks a central urban area and has developed along the main roads. The current retail center, organized in an “L” shape, is incomplete and lacks identity, representing a significant missed opportunity for the area.
The project’s objective is to establish a new “village” that will serve as a prominent urban reference point for Angle Vale and its neighboring suburbs.
The site boasts easy accessibility and connectivity, facilitated by Heaslip Road and its extensive car park. A gas station adds further convenience and attraction for travelers.
The centerpiece of the new space is a green “L” area from the car park to the brewery’s terrace. It provides a high-quality urban space, while the diverse mix of programs will offer engaging and attractive activities to bring life to the village, making it a place for everyone at any time.
