You have an idea. We help you find out if it works.
and what it could become.

Before full design begins, before planning applications are submitted, before consultants are appointed, there is a stage when the most important decisions are made.

That is where we work.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Developers and investors testing the potential of a site before committing to full design or purchase.

Private clients with a vision for a new business or property development who need clarity before moving forward.

Institutions and organizations exploring spatial strategies, feasibility, or early design directions for complex programs.

If you have an idea but are not yet sure if it is possible, practical, or pointing in the right direction, this is the right starting point.

WHAT WE OFFER

01 – CONCEPT DESIGN We translate your vision, site, and objectives into a clear architectural direction, a concept that organises space, identity, and programme into a coherent idea you can present to stakeholders and build upon. → See example: Just Yellow, Singapore MRT Station

02 – FEASIBILITY STUDY We test whether your project is viable, spatially, technically, and strategically, before major decisions are made. Site constraints, planning regulations, programme requirements, and development potential, presented as a clear picture of what is possible and what the realistic paths forward are. → See example: Pilgrimage Hotel Complex, Medinah

03 – PRELIMINARY CONCEPTS We develop two or three strategic design directions, allowing you to compare approaches, test ambitions against constraints, and make an informed decision. Useful when stakeholders need to align or investors need to be convinced. → See example: Shengdao Leisure Park, China

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

THE DESIGN REPORT

A professionally produced PDF document, structured as a design booklet, containing all the work developed during the engagement: hand sketches, concept diagrams, spatial layouts, massing studies, architectural drawings, rendered views, strategic recommendations, and next steps.

This is a document you can present to partners, investors, planning consultants, or for a pitch. Designed to communicate, not just to inform.

DESIGN REVIEW SESSIONS

Focused video call sessions held throughout the process where we present work in progress, discuss directions, gather your feedback, and align on next steps. The work stays connected to your vision at every stage.

HOW IT WORKS

Step 1 – Concept Call: A focused conversation to understand your project, goals, site, and timeline. No commitment required.

Step 2 – Project Brief: You submit your project information: site location, CAD files, planning documents, reference images, and budget range. We define scope and deliverables together.

Step 3 – Concept Development: We develop the work in close collaboration through regular Design Review sessions.

Step 4 – Design Report: We deliver the final PDF report, a complete, professionally presented document with all the work, recommendations, and next steps.
